Sac la Mort (2016)

In Reunion Island, devastated by the murder of his brother, Patrice is convinced by a friend that he accidentally stepped on a bag of death. SAC LA MORT tells the story of Patrice and his friends in Reunionese Creole, a tumultuous story in homage to the Cafres, the descendants of enslaved persons on La Réunion, played by exceptionally talented actors from Reunion. The first film shot in Reunionese Creole selected at the Cannes Film Festival in 2017.
